Cost Items
Title Deed Fee
Title deed fee at 4% of the property value (typically shared between buyer and seller).
VAT (Value Added Tax)
Foreign buyers may be exempt from VAT on first property purchase (subject to conditions).
Valuation Fee
Mandatory report fee prepared by an SPK-licensed valuation company.
DASK Insurance
Mandatory earthquake insurance — required for title deed transfer.
Property Tax
Annual property tax — ranges from 0.1% to 0.2% for residential properties.
