This Villa project consists of 7 blocks and 12 independent sections. A project consisting of 3 levels is accompanied by a unique villa type that differs due to its location at each height. The fact that two of these three types are considered as twin villas creates the chance for users to choose the most suitable plan layout for their living space choices. Each type and independent section has its own interior and exterior design according to its position. All villas are designed in such a way that they do not affect the view of the houses on the upper level.
Each villa type in this project is designed as boutique. The mobility on the facades is also reflected in the interiors. This design causes the interior spaces to float as protrusions at certain points, and at some points to leave their place to terraces as entrances. This movement in the interior areas adds an aesthetically effective lightness to the building in terms of exterior appearance. While the large windows invite nature and the view into the house to the maximum extent, the facade materials offer sunlight and the feeling of privacy to the user to the maximum extent. These structural elements also show themselves as functional details and furniture in the landscape design. The design creates a balance of open – semi-open and closed spaces in general, providing users with a unique usage area for different activities.
